Terms of use
These terms cover your use of the BlueprintOS iPhone app, including the BlueprintOS Pro subscription. “We” and “us” means the developer of BlueprintOS. By using the app you agree to them. They’re written to be read, so please do.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use BlueprintOS on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The app, its design and its content remain ours.
Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where it is stricter than these terms, it takes precedence.
BlueprintOS Pro
- BlueprintOS Pro is an auto-renewable subscription bought through Apple.
- The price and subscription period are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel it at any time in iPhone Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. We can’t issue refunds ourselves.
Fair use
Pro features are generated by an AI model, and each generation has a real cost. To keep the service working for everyone, there are fair-use limits on how many generations you can make per day and per month. Limits reset at the start of each new day or month.
AI output can be wrong
Plans, menus, workouts, summaries and prices are generated by an AI model from the information you give the app. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for you.
BlueprintOS is not medical, nutritional, fitness, financial or legal advice. Check with a qualified professional before changing your diet, training or finances — especially if you have a health condition, injury, allergy or are pregnant. Train within your limits, and stop if something hurts. You’re responsible for the decisions you make using the app.
Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- abuse, overload or interfere with the app or the server behind it, or try to get around fair-use limits;
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, except where the law allows it regardless of this term;
- try to extract the service’s prompts, API keys or other credentials;
- use the app to break the law or to generate harmful content.
If you do, we may suspend Pro access for the purchase ID involved.
Changes to the app
BlueprintOS is actively developed. We may add, change or discontinue features, and may update these terms. If we change the terms in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and, where reasonable, mention it in the app.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from following AI-generated output, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for BlueprintOS Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you live somewhere whose consumer law gives you rights that can’t be waived, those rights still apply.
